The person behind INP

"I'm curious about how people and organisations make sense of complexity — and how storywork can open new possibilities for shared sensemaking and orientation."

My work sits at the intersection of narrative, systemic and participatory approaches. I design and facilitate spaces where lived experiences become visible, patterns can be explored, and new perspectives for action and reflection emerge.
I accompany people and organisations in workshops, retreats and longer-term development processes. My role is not to deliver ready-made answers, but to hold and facilitate processes in which insight, clarity and co-creation can emerge from within the system.
At the core of my work is listening — to experiences, tensions, uncertainties and moments of change. From there, storywork becomes a way to surface what matters, reveal dynamics, and open up spaces for collective understanding and orientation.

The practice

Why Storywork.
How It Works.

Stories don't just reflect what was. They shape how we understand the present — and what we imagine as possible.
Why Storywork

Making sense without reducing

Working with stories allows us to make sense of complexity without reducing it. It opens access to shared meaning, deeper learning, and forms of transformation that are grounded, participatory and sustainable.
Stories don't just reflect what was. They shape how we understand the present — and determine what we imagine as possible. Narrative practice makes these frameworks visible and workable.
How I Work

Holding space for emergence

I accompany people and organisations in workshops, retreats and longer-term development processes. My role is not to deliver ready-made answers, but to hold and facilitate processes in which insight, clarity and co-creation can emerge from within the system.
At the core is listening — to experiences, tensions, uncertainties and moments of change. From there, storywork becomes a way to surface what matters and open spaces for collective orientation.
